Camp Leap is a passion driven training and adventure academy built on a picturesque land adjoining a hill. The surroundings bring you in the lap of mother nature to energize and rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We are a renowned Outbound Learning Academy based at Coimbatore impacting the performance of thousands of students.

Summer Adventure Camp

Adventure camp is for hardcore, thrill-seeking kids who love to be active. Although these camps feature age-appropriate activities, campers can be challenged both physically and mentally.

Our Adventure camp provides rare experience that can transform the outlook of young students about life. The camp is ‘Adventure all the way’ from living in tents to trek, Rock Climbing, and Rappelling. Team based outdoor problem-solving games enhance the fun element and instills considerable knowledge.

What is the weather at destination?

During the day, it is usually quite hot with a temperature of about 35 Degrees Celsius, but it gets cold in the night.

What are the basic items which they will need to bring?

Change of clothes, Socks, Cap, Sweater / Jacket, Back Pack, Outdoor shoes/ sneakers – Compulsory, Torch - Compulsory, Water bottle – Compulsory, Bathroom slippers, Bath & Hand towel, Bed Sheet, Tooth brush/Paste, Bath Soap, Shampoo sachet, Moisturizer, Sun screen lotion, Insect repellent, Portable acoustic or wind musical instruments (Optional), Any medication that you are taking/ may need.

Are the activities safe?

At LEAP Learning Academy, safety is a guaranteed factor. Through our experience over the last 10 years in Outbound Learning and Adventure activities, LEAP has the capability to prevent hazards and handle situations.

What happens if the student falls ill or has an accident?

We are fully equipped to provide First aid facilities at all activity locations along with trained staff. For our camp at Mathampalayam, Coimbatore, the K.R Hospital is at 20 minutes drive.

What about drinking water?

Enough quantity of safe bottled water will be available throughout the duration camp.

What is the accommodation like?

The students will be staying in Tents with Mattress and Pillows provided.

Can the students choose to be in the same tents as their friends?

No, we will be allocating the tent share on a random basis.

Will there be separate tents for boys and girls?

Yes.

My child has allergies. How do you accommodate his/her diet?

Please share the details of the allergies (medical/ food), we will take the appropriate measures.

• Meals- from Day 1 Breakfast to Evening refreshments on Day 3
• Shared accommodation in Tents with Separate Toilets
• Boys and girls stay in separate accommodation with adequate care taken

• Mineral Water / Cold Drinks, etc.
• Food charges during Bus Journey.
• Personal expenditure of any kind.
• Medical expenses other than First aid.

Our Instructors and group leaders take you through the complete course keeping all the necessary precautions in place. All the instructors have been certified from renowned institutes and carry years of experience, creating a safe environment is our main aim and every instructor goes through rigorous training to be able to handle any challenging situations. Every safety procedure is diligently followed to allow a safe and fun experience for the children. Before the start of each activity, a proper safety briefing session is organized for all the participants. Each participant gets gears that are needed for safe completion of the activities.
